How soon can I fly?

I had my TAH/BSO on 1/26 and am feeling great, no pain, no other problems so far. How soon can I fly and did any of you experience any discomfort or what recommendations did your doctor have? It would be an international trip to Asia.

How soon can I fly?

Hi Annapurna

I think your doctor is the best one to make the call, especially for such a long flight. It would also depend on how soon you're planning to leave.

When you do go, don't carry luggage, or even push a cart unless your doctor releases you. Drink lots of water and take lots of walks during the flight.

I hope you have a great trip when your doctor says you can go
