Anyone had a TAH for Fibroids/Adeno

I had a TAH, vertical cut, a nice long one too - up & around my belly button. I still get tired, one day I'll have more energy and the next day I'm tired, and belly a bit sore. I'm very blessed - have a lot of support. I suffered from heavy periods for years. Several years ago I had an ultrasound and found out I had fibroids, but they were small so decided not to do anything. This past year they grew quickly, my tummy was so big, and I was so sick and exhausted. I'm going to be so happy when I feel "normal" again. And no more periods! Whoo hoo!
