Hi all,

I know this sound strange but have seen raspberry tea mentioned a few times on the site. Is this raspberry flavour or it is raspberry leaf tea? Also what is it for??

Thanks,

Raspberry tea??

Hi Sharon,

Raspberry tea is one of the items that is sold in the Hystersister store. It's in tea bags, and purchase of it (or anything else from the store) is what helps to keep this web site free.

Here's a link to the tea: https://www.hystersisters.com/?page=...59ef3829a1453e

It's just a relaxing, soothing tea that helps when we are stressed out (along with , of course, )

Raspberry tea??

Raspberry leaf tea (as opposed to any other kind of herbal tea) is supposed to be helpful with various female reproductive problems - cramps, morning sickness, etc. - a sort of general female tonic.

Not that anyone here is making any medical claims about it - that's just traditionally what it's used for.

Raspberry tea??

I went through natural childbirth class with a single mom friend of mine.
The nurse that led the class told all the mommies to be to drink red raspberry leaf tea. SHe said it promoted good blood flow to the uterous. She said it made the cervix have better "muscle tone" able to stretch better, etc.
Don't know if it is true or not... but it does taste good and is comforting even if not magically medicinal!!
