My whole body is stiff.

My whole body hurts from my neck to just below my knees and just past my elbows. The whole core of my body. I must not have been supported quite enough when getting up and down. Any one else feel this post op?

Was your surgery yesterday? I had that from my shoulders thru my back. Mine was the gas they fill you with during surgery. I guess it tends to settle in your shoulders for some reason. It was horrible for me the first night. The only way I could get it to move was to walk & try to pass it!

It's not the gas I don't think. I am moving that around very well. This is stiff muscles I think from being moved around on the table and most likely my fibromyalgia flaring. Should take another ativan before I get ready for bed and see if that helps.

I was horribly stiff after mine. In between naps i would get up and walk some to help. And stretch what i could. I gets better
