LAVH 18 days post op feeling mostly great

I am 18 days post op lavh and felling great for the most part. I have noticed i do get tired so easily. But it is nice not to have constant pain bloating bleeding headaches and all the other issues ive had for the past 4 years. On day 5 my ab incision opened and i had a slight infection was put on meds and it closed and healed in about a week. I would like to know if anyone had tips for making it easier being a stay at home mom. I'm still on restrictions from dr until oct 1. And I don't have much help at all during the day. And when does the tired go away? Lol

Kfrazier0910 Hi, how are you feeling? Well to answer your question about the tired part. i also dont know when that goes away ( lol). Im 4wks post op and still feel very tired quickly. But its nice to hear your feeling great for the most part. Thats always a plus. Im a stay at home mom w no help during the day and its very tough. Easier said than done sometimes you just have to do what you can, let your house collect dust, and laundry to pile up its ok. Take your time to heal and try not to over do it to much. i made my living room a big bedroom. During the day when i cant go up stairs to much or carry my little one. We eat, sleep and play in the living room its a mess but o well. Hope you continue to feel better good luck.
