7 Months Post Op but bizarre Hormone Levels..help plse!

I am new on here so hello to everyone.
My first post on here and I have a question. I had a Hyst with removal of both ovaries last July due to Endometriosis and adenomyosis. I started a surgical menopause within a week then in December all menopausal symptoms stopped, I started getting breast tenderness, spotting, and endo pain back again. I had my blood test results today and they are baffling. Basically my hormone levels are that of a normal 36yr old that HAS NOT had a Hyst. Normal FSH, Oestrogen, Lh and Progesterone.

MY Dr is baffled as well. Have an appt with my Gynae cons in March

Has anyone any experience of this and if so any ides where the hormones are comming from and what is going on. I am not on HRT due to the Endo.

The adrenal system does produce some hormones like testosterone, but I think what may have happened is that there was a reminant of an ovary. It only takes a little bit of ovary-like material for it to go to town with hormone production. It is odd, but not unheard of.
