3 weeks post hysterectomy: stinging pain lower right under abdominal incision

Hi , I am now 3 weeks post TAH and my recovery has been really smooth up until a week ago. A pain in my lower right abdomen, just below my incision, almost like its a internal tear everytime I get up or down or mostly when I go to lay down. It started only hurting occasionally and now its alot, so much that Im afraid to get up or down. I say Internal because the incision itself look healthy, no redness or swelling and the stinging pain is just under the incision. I have called my doctor and she usually really good about calling back but to no availnthis time. Anyone else have this tearing, stinging pain with a TAH?

Funny as I posted this the doc called me back. She said TOTALLY normal and not to worry unless a fever or flu like symptoms arise. She explained it lime this.....things are healing internally and like with any wound its gonna have bad days. Also that its my body telling me to "take it easy, your doing to much to soon". So thats what I gotta do.....
