having trouble passing gas. causing pain. Any ideas?

I was having problems with gas and still am but the reason is I am, and you probably are too, we are constipated. Try using MiraLAX, it is a power you mix it in a drink, more gentil on the system, won't hurt you and you can buy it over the counter at Target. Use AM and PM. Read the instructions thought.
