Ok- so when do we eat chocolate?

Well for 29 years now one week of the month I have eaten anything I desired- Especially chocolate. No matter what diet i was on, how I looked, or felt-- all due to pms.

I also really liked buying jeans that week because they fit better the next week! *not bloated*

Then it all went to heck, the bloating pain bleeding never went away, so I got my surgery which cured my issues 100% I have my ovaries but I really dont know what they are up to because i am still having night sweats
Now I just want to know: when do I eat chocolate ?

Took a little while for my ovaries to "wake up" but they sorta did. I know for me I still could feel my "cycle" minus the bleeding and uterus stuff I was just the same. The chocolate cravings were there 100% the same. Great post. Made me laugh. Thanks!!!!

I don't have my ovaries anymore, and no longer have the intense cravings for chocolate I used to have every month.

I guess this means I can eat it all the time right?

I kept my ovaries as well and I had night sweats for about 4 weeks post op. Then they just vanished (woo hoo!) I've had a couple days already that if someone didn't get me my chocolate, I was going to explode. I assume that was my ovaries talking LOL On the flip side, chocolate really doesn't taste as good to me now, unless I'm craving it. To me, it's a bonus cuz I could use to lose a lb or 40. =)

Excellent!! Glad to hear they may come back!! I am feeling great overall, it is very nice not to be worried about long horrible periods and my PMS was getting out of whack too.

I say all the time works for me... I had a TAB/BSO... So yes all the time...

Oh you have had major surgury, which means for your mental well being chocolate is a major part of recovery. This part of the recovery process take about 50 yrs or so. Lol!
I don't think my chocolate craving will ever go but has to be the good imported from britian kind :-)

So TRUE!!! This has been a journey. No doubt. I am eating healthy and trying to take care for sure. Fifty years sounds about right, because we all deserve it. What a deal! HAve a great day all my sisters. I am ordering it online as we speak haha!!

Now we can eat it anytime! Dark chocolate has iron and antioxidants, so it is good for us and essential to our health that we eat it! Gotta take care of ourselves, you know?

I WISH my craving was just one week a month!
