A little over 4 weeks post hysterectomy and the fatigue has hit!

I am a little over 4 weeks out and the dr said that the fatigue would set in about third to fourth week and boy he wasn't joking! I am physically drained! How long does this last? I had so much energy the first couple of weeks. I am still not back to work yet, being a massage therapist the dr says I have to wait until my 6 week check to see if I can. Feeling anxious to get back to work and feel more energized!
