Coughing, sneezing Ow Ow Owwww!
The first time I did this I thought my tummy would split open. omgosh it hurt so bad I cried. Since then when I feel the urge I must look like a complete idiot trying to stop it from happening. I have been popping my vitamins and praying I don't get a cold, I told my friends do NOT come over if you feel the slightest cold coming on!

Pressing a pillow against your tummy when you cough or laugh really does help a lot.

Yes it does help, I surround myself with four pillows when I sleep. I find wearing my binder helps during the day, or holding my tummy when i feel a cough coming on.

The tummy pillow works great or applying any sort of pressure. If I am standing when I have to sneeze or cough, and my pillows not around, bending at the waist and gently pressing on my stomach helps. Also, my PCP gave me an ex for "pearl" pills that keep me from coughing as much. LIFE SAVER
