Surgery Type: TAH
Ovaries: Removed both
Any cooling pillow recommendations for a cooling pilow?

I see that The Chillow is recommended, but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions other than that one? My night hot flashes and sweats are really interfering with my sleep and need all the help I can get Thanks!
