TAH tummy tightening

Does anyone have suggestions other than plastic surgery how to tighten or firm and flatten my lower tummy?should I where a binder?I have had 4 c section and now a TAH. help???

I don't know of anything. There is only so much exercise and diet can do. A tummy tuck is on my wish list!!

This sounds dumb but I am going to say it: my friend had similar issues, many of us do, and on a fluke she bought some firming lotion from Arbonne at some party. She's had great luck with it. She called me screaming about how she has a belly button and no longer the "knee of an elephant" in the middle of her stomach. I am sure you could read more on the website about the actual product, but it's worth a try I guess. I just know she was really happy with it and it tightened the skin.
