Cipro not working-catherized

I've been on Cipro since Sunday with a UTI, it must not be working. I called into the Dr. office since I was in so much pain. I can't go, even though I can feel it. They page the dr and I went in and I had a catheter put in, it had 800cc.

What could be going on? I've been doing so well. Almost 6 weeks. I've felt great till Sat.

I go back to the dr at 3:00 when he gets into the office.

Cipro not working-catherized

Hey! Hang in there; I am right at 6 weeks, at about 3 weeks, I feeling "weird"- I had to be cath. 4x at the castle, so we decided to wait, thought it might just be spasms. The lab tech. wanted me to give a urine sample, which of course, I couldn't! Turns out it was a UTI, and now 2 rounds of antibiotics later (including Cipro) I am finally starting to feel like a human again!

No UTI, now CT

I have to have a IVP/CT scan tomorrow. No UTI, maybe hematoma above the cuff. The cuff is healed I have the catheter till Friday.

We are all wondering what is going on.
