Tvh Bso Bleeding Question

I had my TVH BSO on 9/8. I stopped bleeding pretty much immediately. Only slight spotting. That stopped by Thursday. Now today, I am starting to spot again, especially after I go to the bathroom and have a BM. Could this be due to slight straining or is this normal?
Thanks, I am a little anxious about this.

Tvh Bso Bleeding Question

I had spotting or some kind of drainage for 6 weeks , which they said was normal. The vaginal cuff has tons of stitches, and any kind of pressure or trauma for a few weeks will affect it. I would also be taking it easy and not do any pushing, pulling, lifting, or active housework, etc. for 6 weeks. I pretty much stayed home and did very little during my recovery in order to heal properly.

You might give your doctor a call if you are worried, as they can give you some advice or suggestions if it is needed.

Tvh Bso Bleeding Question

Thanks! Its very slight and comes and goes. I see him tomorrow for my 1 week follow up so hopefully he can give me some advice. I have been taking it easy. Just getting up in the morning seems to exhaust me! But, i wouldn't change doing this for anything!! I know he had me under 2x as long becuase he had a hard time getting my ovaries! They were pushed way up and in! So I know all the extra digging around and stuff is going to take some time getting over!
Thanks again!

Tvh Bso Bleeding Question

I had the same thing after I urinated and had bowel movements for the first three weeks or so. I am just starting my fifth week and I haven't spotted at all for the past 6 days.
