I have been wanting to start Windsor pilates. I had done this before (a long time ago) and LOVED the way it made me feel and look lol I am not able to go back to work until May 9th due to my tenderness in my tummy and my incision. I am however released to do light exercise. I know it is low impact..but now I am a little nervous because yogo is low impact too yes? **HUGS** to all of you sisters and may God bless you!
