More Tests...

Hi Ladies -

Well, I still dont have any answers to the chronic pelvic pain. Saw the new GYO last week and he recommended that I see a Urologist before we do any further surgery. Saw a Uro. Friday and he has scheduled me for urodynamic testing following the next week by an in office cystoscopy (which I am a bit concerned about). I am having a capsule endoscopy on the 24th as I was recently told that I have mild Crohn's disease. Also recently found out that the surgeon who was supposed to do the LAVH actually didn't operate - he had two other doctors (fellows at the teaching hospital) performing the surgery. Needless to say I will never see him again. Any advise or support is greatly appreciated...

just curious if you signed a consent that the two students could do the surgery. i also go to a teaching hospital and even if i go for a regular appt, if there is a student with him for the day, i have to sign a consent that they can even be in the room. i did sign a consent the day of surgery that students could watch but could not do my surgery.
i hope your new dr's can find out whats causing your pain and you feel better really soon.

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with your doc. I hope you find a cause of your pain. Could the crohns also be causeing some of the pain?
