Having panic attack 5 weeks post op pain

Hi I'm 5 weeks post TAH/BSO tomorrow, I've been doing good other then some discharge which dr had said was normal when I called two weeks post op well yesterday I developed an annoying pain in my right hip area by incision, it's extremely bad today just sitting relaxing I'm getting shooting pains in that area, I'm not a fan of pain meds as the only time I took anything for the recovery pain was in hospital when they had me on morphine once they disconnected that I was done they make me sick and I like to know what pains are normal/not normal I called drs office Thursday cause the discharge was concerning me and haven't had a call back I have been super paranoid of an infection as I am OCD please help anyone experience it that far out
