Re: frustrated

So sorry to hear this! I had a TAH/BSO in November 2012 and another emergency repair surgery 12 days later. In Feb of this year I felt a bulge at the lower incision. Low and behold, incisional hernia. The only way to fix a hernia is surgery. I just had my open repair about a week and a half ago. Much more recovery to go. I had to wait 6 months before I could have the repair surgery because I was not healed from the two prior surgeries. What type of hernia do you have? Make sure you don't do anything strenuous or lift anything heavy.
