Rectocele repair stitches and urethra sling incisions irritating

I had my LAVH, rectocele repair, and urethra sling done 6 days ago. I have been having an increasing amount of discomfort on the outside of my right outer labia. Sort of near where the right incision was made for my urethra sling. It is almost like a pinching burning pain. And my stitches on the outside(down the length of my perenium from my vagina to my anus) are sore. Particularly on the right side near my anus. I'm not sure what the deal is why these area are bothering me the most. But they are and it is so annoying. It has been keeping me up the last couple nice because it hurts so bad.

Also, my dang lower back and tailbone area is absolutely killing me. I have had lower back issues since I was in junior high. But I can't stand up right now more than a minute or two without feeling like my back is about to explode.

Any words of wisdom or tips to help would be fantastic.
