Reaching the 3 week mark tommorow

Hi sisters, I've had big improvements in these 3 weeks. I also found it is possible to walk a little too far and have to have someone drive you back. I find myself a bit depressed over the slowness and that I still have pain most of the time but when I look back on weeks 1 and 2 I know I'm progressing. I'm still, of course, grieving over the loss of my mother just 5 days after my surgery and the fact that I couldn't go for her funeral. (I'm retired in Mexico and the family is in Indiana). I'm 58 yrs. old but I sure miss my Mommy. Hope all of you are doing great..keep up the good work and take it easy! Char

Glad to here you are feeling better and so sorry for your loss. I lost my Mom 12 years ago and I still miss her (especially when I'm sick). Take care and have a great day.
