not pain but twinges post op wk 3/4

This is week 3-4 since my surgery August29. I am feeling great most of the time but since I had developed post op pnuemonia, that is still bothersome. Our weather is damp and cold here and I have notices a lot more rumbling in my lungs when i breathe, not sure what to do about this, any suggestions.

As far as my surgery, it doesn't really hurt but get these twinges and odd feelings in my lower area. Sometime, it is a cold feeling or bloating puffy feeling. Maybe a nervous feeling. Just not sure how to describe the feeling. My outside is totally healed so I am assuming the twinges are healing from the inside.

Does anyone else have these odd feelings? I do want to get out and do more and I know I forget and do more on my good days than I should. I have the heating pad and hot showers to be excellent when I am not feeling great.

I asked my doctor about those twinges, quick shots of feelings that are not quite painful, and he said it was simply healing happening on the inside. If you are concerned, be sure to check with your doctor.

I've noticed the same thing. I haven't had stabbing pain or soreness, but I've definitely felt short twinges of pain that feel like pin pricks. Other posters have suggested that they may be sensations from cut nerves that are figuring out what to do.

I've been getting the same thing--twinges of pain. I'm still spotting quite a bit. Tired of that. Hope it stops soon.
