fecal matter leaking from vagina

This is my first ever post on any forum so please excuse any unintentional mistakes on my part.

After having a full hysterectomy, including both ovaries, via abdominal surgery in March 200, I have recently had 3 attacks of severe abdominal pain.......

First one in may 2012 which lasted a day and stopped suddenly when I urinated and I assumed I had passed a kidney/gall stone.

Second one in nov 2013 which lasted 2 days and resulted in a bloody vaginal discharge. Saw doctor that operated but he found nothing wrong and the bleeding had stopped after a few hours.

Last one just before Easter this year that lasted 3 nights and 2 days before stopping abruptly leaving me with panties that seemed to be full of non-smelling feaces which I showed to my GP. He ordered a urine test that showed vaginal cells in it but no infection or blood.

A combined fibro/colonoscopy picked up a cyst on one of my overies and I really confused the doc when I explained I didn't have any. I then got confused when doc also said I have scurvy (v. severe vit. C deficienlcy). Due to have a pelvienne MRI next Friday.

Sorry this is so long but has any one got any ideas as nothing has been mentioned about fistulae.

Re: fecal matter leaking from vagina

You described the feces as "non-smelling." That suggests to me that you're not looking at feces but rather clumps of dried blood or tissue coloured with dried blood, i.e., brownish. The next question is, of course, where is the blood coming from? But it doesn't sound as if it's coming from your bowels.

Note that scurvy will cause bleeding from mucous membranes and your vagina is lined with mucous membranes.
