Help! Post op bleeding 7 days after surg!

My LAH was 7 days ago, and this evening I started bleeding, not profusely, but a little heavier with clots! Ugh! I called the doc on call, and he said it could be my cervix (I asked that it be left in). I think I'm going to see him tomorrow. Anyone else out there have this happen?

Did he cauterize the cervix so you wouldn't have any more mini periods, as your cervix will also shed its lining during your menstrual cycle. Do you know when your next period was and does this coincide with it? If you don't know if he cauterized your cervix you should ask, and if he didn't you should ask him to cauterize it. He should be able to do it in the office. If I was you I think I would make a appointment for my own peace of mind.
