Pelvic Pain 1 year post hysterectomy

Hi everyone, My visit to the castle was just over a year ago. Since then, I have had a deep pelvic pain; not like a muscle pain, a pain deeper inside. In the beginning, I thought it was part of the post op process. It's still here, though. Worse when I sit, especially if it is in a hard seated chair. The pain causes me to walk like I'm 85 and arthritic (I am neither). The past few days have been horrible, which is why I am back on the site. Any thoughts?

Have you asked your doctor about the possibility of adhesion's forming after your surgery?

No, I haven't called my doctor yet. I didn't want to be an alarmist and figured maybe I just wasn't exercizing enough. I did have endometriosis along with a few other problems though, so I guess it wouldn't be out of the question. Didn't even think it could be something like adhesions. Thank you! Think I'll call next week.

Surgical adhesion's are a bummer. It's kind of ridiculous to have surgery to remove adhesion's when surgery can cause adhesion's. They were part of the reason I had my hysterectomy. Also if your doctor was not able to remove all your endo it could still grow. You definitely should be seen by your doc to see what is going on. Good luck
