Anyone with similar diagnosis? Endo, adhesions, adenomyosis and fibrosis

My DR. finally contacted me and read my surgical report. On 10/27/06 I had a TAH and left ovary removal. He read my report which was four pages long and "emphasized" the important stuff. The shorter version being.....Extensive endometriosis,(many, many, adhesions), left ureter blocked with adhesions, bowel adhesions, left ovary stuck to rectosigmoid colon, intestines misplaced?(I guess they weren't in the normal places you usually find them) and they found that I had retroperitoneal fibrosis and adenomyosis. He said that they could not possibly remove all the adhesions but they took enough that it should lessen the pain tremendously. That's the notes I wrote from him talking to me over the phone. His personal opinion in a nutshell...It was a mess in there and he can totally understand why I was in so much pain. I still have to see the surgeon for post op on 11/21/06 so I'll know more then but just wondering if I'm the only one with retroperitoneal fibrosis?
