incision bump/pain

I'm three weeks post-op and I finally peeled off the dry, peeling dermabond. The one incision is sore and has a small bump....like it didn't close completely under the dermabond. Is this something I need to worry about, before my post-op appt on July 10th? Will it go away? Thanks..

My incisions are still kind of red and scabby and last of dermabond off over the last week. up until the last couple days one edge of my larger incision looked a little opened but it cleared up quickly. Now just red with a scabby line down the middle. Too bad we cant post pics...hard to explain lol
