Alarming greenish urine?? 3 weeks post op

Hi, I am 3 weeks post op TAH, kept ovaries. I have been having some classic UTI symptoms- burning, frequency, etc so I visited the doctors office today and did a urine test. After I peed in the cup, I was mortified to see it had a green tint and was cloudy. My lab tech didn't remark on the color, but said the culture would take three days. I was given an antibiotic to start. Anybody experienced this particular horror after surgery? Just when I thought I couldn't get any grosser after all this...I am concerned maybe I caught infection too late and it spread? Please share. Thank you!

I have noticed the same...I'm not sure what it means but at least I know I am not crazy! LOL! I was treated for a uti a few days after surgery and that helped alot of the symptoms you mentioned, but several times after the antibiotics were finished I have still noticed the green tint...
