9 days till surgery

I have 9 days till surgery. I am excited and at the same time a little scared. This waiting has been horrible. I hope it is true that the waiting is the worse part!

waiting is so hard. but before you know it you will be there. and then before you know it - it will be all behind you. keep thinking of all of the reasons why you are doing it - all of the positive that will come afterward. i know it's hard but try to keep those negitive thoughts out. i am now 3 months post op and so glad i did it not a regret in the world - but i was so anxious in the days counting down to surgery.

Yes , waiting is hard. Try to stay busy and that seems to help the days pass better. Don't forget to take the time to treat yourself to something that you enjoy. I did a movie and lunch with friends. It was a fun day that I could think about during my recovery

I still have a few more days so therefore it hasnt' become a reality yet. But i agree with the other sisters that you just have to pamper yourself and just focus on you!

Treat yourself to a manicure or pedicure and if money is an issue check out the local beauty training facilities they often do those for a fraction of the cost.
