LAVH 2 weeks post hysterectomy: Vagina Pressure????

I'm two weeks one day post op and tonight I started having really heavy pressure/ pain. Aside from bleeding I have been feeling fine until this point. My DR told me to lay low in hopes the bleeding would stop. It still hasn't and now this. Has anyone else had this? I will be calling my dr first thing in the morning but I am concerned about a prolapsed blatter etc. :

Vagibal pressure and spotting was heaviest for me between 2-3 weeks. Any chance you overdid it yesterday? Lifted/bent/pushed/pulled/climbed (stairs, hills on a walk) too much? I bet that is your culprit.

Rest, ice pack on your belly and a water soaked maxi pad in your underwear, 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off - and ibuprofen. If you aren't better in the am, definitely call your doctor!

i was having alot of vaginal pressure and went to the drs this morning. bladder infection making everything more sore

When did anyone remove their dressing? I've gotten the green light, but want to keep them on another 24 to 48 hrs to minimize scarring ( Davinci method, laparoscopic )

I had that pressure constantly until week four. Do you get off your feet enough? Try and lay
Down or put your feet up more it might help.
