Two weeks post hysterectomy: Feeling lightheaded

Today I'm feeling really tired. I took a shower and almost passed out while getting out. I'm fatigue and I have little to no appetite. I started bleeding again since yesterday its bright red with no odor. I'm not in any significant pain just the Sharp shooting pain that comes from my vagina. I don't know if I should go to my doctor or not.
