Hi Ladies, Take heart!

Just wanted to encourage you all going in shortly! My SIL went the day before me for a TLH and bladder sling, she is already out and about driving, lunching, shopping and seriously enjoying not wetting her pants! LOL

I had a TAH BSO and abdominoplasty 8 days ago. My tummy still feels wonderful! If you can believe that incision feels SO much better than the internal pain of my cysts. tipped uterus and irritated intestines.! I'd trade this temporary pain for that permanent pain 100x's over again!

Before the surgery, I felt stressed, depressed and afraid. My dh was acting like a jerk too. These things have all passed now. I feel SO much more like the "me" I think of myself.

My body shrinks everyday. I have released so much fluid I was retaining, my face arms and legs are normal again.OMG my cath bag filled TWICE almost immediately. I filled my "hat" so many times in the hospital they were stunned! LOL Bizarre! With my tuck, I am back to looking thin as a dime! I can't wait to shop for some new Summer clothes with SIL when I'm allowed! Soon you'll be like us and this will all be OVER and you can get ON with life!

I know I won't be coming out with a nice looking tummy but as long as I come out with my health I'll be happy. (I am jealous of your tummy
