Constant pain in lower right abdomen

I'm 2 weeks post op today. Felt really good on Saturday, then I pushed myself a little to make a Sunday meal.

Two days later, I'm in more pain than I had on Saturday and I'm walking bent overish again. Having a constant gnawing pain in the lower right abdomen (not necessarily near my incision). I don't want to run to the doctor at this point as there is no fever or anything, but I'm wondering about my appendix. Any thoughts?

If you think it could possibly be your appendix, you should check your temperature. If it's elevated, call the doctor about it.
