20 days post op TAH RSO

Hi ya'll I'm 20 days. I've feel like I've been doing great I've had some vaginal.discharge but was told that was norm, lots of twinges, and very sore, incision feels great, although I have a place that is still not healed up. Went in and had that checked was told to just keep clean and dry, still having bladder spasms and bms painful like my colon is spasming, on stool softners stools very soft but just hurts. I haven't done much today since I have been very active this week because of Christmas I'm very sore and tired. My hubby has been home today and very attentive. But btw he has shingles so...
Any advice?

Hi, I had exact same surgery as you although I'm a little further on in recovery and still feeling exactly as you describe in your post, I do however have a cuff infection that I'm struggling to heal!! You sound totally normal and like everything is happening as it should..... It's hard to be patient, that's actually the hardest thing for me!! As for hubby with the shingles....... Quarantine!!! It would be awful for you to be recovering AND get sick..... All the best, Kel x
