huge fibroids

My uterus was the size of a 14 week pregnancy. During surgery they discovered that I had more than 20 fibroids. I am 4 weeks post op (as of yesterday) and even with the swelly belly (which isn't that swelly in my case), my tummy is much smaller than it was. I am not cleared to do any type of abdominal stress, so I can't exercise yet. I also lost 6 pounds after surgery.
