Warm vaginal gushes??? 8 wks post op

I am experiencing warm liquid gushes of liquid through out the day. Enough to need a panty liner to not feel like I have on a wet swim wear!! Grrrrr! It is clear and watery w/ no odor or irritation. I was afraid I was going to be dry after my hysterectomy and now its over flowing....Is this normal...

I was having that early on.... I kept my cervix, and my surgeon did an ablasion to insure the endometrial tissue was gone. This caused my cervix to "seep" clear fluid, a little thicker than water for a couple weeks. It has stopped now.

So if you kept your cervix this could be why...if you didn't, it may still be part of the healing....check with your doctor if it continues, I would say.

i"m also having a watery discharge. I dont think its urine, no smell. The color is usually light yellow to a brownish/pinkish. First few days used panty liners, Now I'm using a pad. Is this NORMAL? 11 days post op and feeling good. I didnt lie down or take naps today.

There is such a thing as a seroma. This can be part of the healing process for some.

Definitely check with your Dr. just to make sure it isn't anything more serious.
