TVH Pressure

I'm almost 7 weeks post opp and is starting to feel pressure in my vagina. I had a sponge removed from me a week ago and not sure if it's from that. Up till my last appt i didnt have pain. After i had the sponge removed i had severe cramping that i read was normal after something like that. Seems to get worse when I lay down for bed could I be just doing to much even though I don't feel like I am.

I would go ahead and call your doctor. This could easily be pain from being opened up again, but it could also be infection. I don't know how much they told you to do/not do, but you can try to take it really easy and see if the pain starts to let up. Take care, best wishes for your recovery.

The doctor told me I can do the same activity but still no sex of course. The sponge was just taken out from somewhere in the vagina so I wasn't opened up but it was torn out that caused me alot of pain. I was aslo wondering if it could be infected like you said I still have another week to go before my appt. so I think I just might have to call the Doctor to see what they think. Thank you
