dVH/RALH More pain second day?

Wow I'm hurting more today - feels like my insides are gonna fall out. My doctor says to walk but I can barely do so. I so wish I could poop, not sure if this is part of the problem....anybody else feel this way?

What you are feeling is very normal. I am 10 weeks out and the first couple of days home from the hospital were horrific! Did not have a BM for almost a week. Once I did I felt some better. Keep walking even though it hurts it really does help in the long run. Hope you feel better soon.

Walking definitely helps and it may take a couple days for the BM. I ended up taking softeners which helped me right away. Wishing you a quick recovery!

I called the dr - he told me to take motrin ( I am already taking vicodin) he said I may have tried to walk too much today. It's starting to feel a little better but whoa -I would rate this an 8 -way worse than when I was in hospital, but then again in the hospital I had iv medication. I'm gonna try go get some rest...thanks for the well wishes!!
