Second Thoughts.. Maybe Thirds

Have you tried EMDR or hypnosis? Those psychological techniques might be really good for helping with the phobias you speak of. They have a really good track record in treating them... Maybe try getting that under somewhat control before you go...

I say this cause I spent 4 days and three night in hospital for surgery and then went back for same amount of time for infection...

This is major surgery and you will need care. But there is nothing saying you have to do it in 2 weeks. Find some psychological support first. Then too maybe your mom would be around longer to help.

Would a private room help or make it worse? I asked my Dr. to make it medically necessary and he did. That helped me!
