Night before hysterectomy sex?

I'm assuming its ok to have sex the night before surgery ? Doctor didn't say otherwise . My libido has been high .So I know that's about to end!!

My doctor said the only thing that mattered was not eating or drinking after midnight; I'm taking her at her word. For us, it will depend on how I'm feeling that night.

Sigh. I miss my libido.

Oh no... No libido and you haven't even had surgery yet.Do u think it might get better after? I have no pain. Mine is for complex hyperplasia and breast cancer history or I wouldnt be having one.

Not sure. It has steadily decreased over the past few years whilst I've been waiting for the surgery. I'm sure the dozens of fibroids and hormones aren't helping. These buggers have even displaced my cervix.

I was told no sex for 48 hours before, because it can introduce bacteria to an area they are going to be sewing/ working on. I don't know if I'd risk it

My doc told me it was fine and I'm SO glad we took advantage of that. I miss sex! My advice... Do it as much as you can while you can, lol. Of course follow doc instructions though if he doesn't want you too.

I have no restrictions as far as sex goes, and I plan on doing my best to attack the boyfriend both tonight and tomorrow night before The Great Draught begins.

I am due for surgery tomorrow and my doctor didn't restrict me from sex. She said it was fine just make sure I follow the diet restrictions It is going to be on like popcorn when my boyfriend gets off work today.

I guess I get to have it for a few more weeks before they shut me down.Da vinci is down and they are rescheduling it.
