U-shaped pillow

I have one thing to add to take to the castle. I brought a U shaped pillow, like a travel pillow. It is filled with microbeads and was very helpful to use when I would have to cough and then later when I got out of bed.
I am 4 weeks post op but I still use it in the car across my abdomen to cushion the seatbelt.
