Robotic TLH, Poss BSO - Means Whats?

Just got my sugery packet in the mail. I was told they were planning a devinci hysterectomy, keeping my left ovary but taking everything else.
Then I get this paper with these abbervations on it.
''Robotic TLH, Poss BSO''
I have seen them here too, but I am lost. What does this mean? I want to make sure what they have me down for getting is the same thing I thought I was getting.

A robotic TLH is a davinci hysterectomy surgery. Possible BSO means possibly removing both ovaries (RSO would mean removing the right ovary but leaving the left). I hope that helps.

ok thanks, Looks like I need to double check with them about the ''poss bso'', I plan on keeping that Left ovary, dang it!
Can anyone provide a breakdown of the abbrevations used here? I am getting kinda confused.
