Day 10 post hysterectomy: cancer was contained

I am 60 yrs young. My cancer was discovered in May. On August 10 I had a total hysterectomy. Recovery has been incredibly good. No post surgery bleeding. My surgery was in the afternoon. The next morning at 2am I was up and took a few steps. At 6am I took a walk around the nurses station(assisted, of course). At 4pm I was on my way home. My biggest complaint was I've been very tired and weak. Today has been my best. I've had 3 cancers. Colon, kidney and now uterine. All 3 were contained and removed without any need for follow-up therapy. I am truly blessed.
