swelly belly or just plain fat?
I'm in the 9th week and all my pants are too tight! Have I gained a ton of weight or is it possible I still have some swelling? I had a TVH so I have no excuses with having an abdominal incision. What do you think? I'm guessing I had better hit the gym hard!

swelly belly or just plain fat?
I was told that swelling is a sign of healing tissues. Just like when you sprain an ankle, it swells until it's fully healed. You may continue the swelling for months. (I've been told that it takes up to 1 year to completely heal) It may go away, but when you've done too much, it will come back. I HATE IT TOO!!!!!!!
