Fever, Dizziness, Scared

I'm 4 weeks + 2 days post-op. All day today I have not felt well and it's made me sad. Feel like I'm regressing. I just woke up and have a low-grade fever (99.6) am dizzy, crampy and legs feel like jello--no strength.

Yes, I've called the Dr. and am waiting to hear back. I'm scared right now...anyone out there gone through this?

Re: Fever, Dizziness, Scared

I hope you hear from the doctor soon. Are you possibly dehydrated? That has done funny things to me while I've been healing. I also felt similar when I had a UTI post-op. I'm so sorry. Sending (((((hugs)))))

Re: Fever, Dizziness, Scared

Thanks. Doc called back. Said to drink more fluids, take a couple of Vicodin and make sure I take more walks tomorrow than before. Said it all sounds normal but to call back if fever is over 101. He said it's easy to go backwards if we don't take our walks. I told him I walked twice today but usually walk 5-6 times.

Whew, I am relieved, but sure hate feeling this way.
