Water/Walking is so important for healing

Hi sisters, just a quick heads up on how important water is in our recovery. Pleeease make sure you drink plenty of water during the day as it will help you heal faster. Remember the majority of our bodies contain water and we must continue to feed them with water. Do not drink water past 8pm or it will keep you up all night making trips to the bathroom. Also, walking around in spurts will help. Not long walks but short ones a few times a day. This will help for your muscles to start healing without over doing it. It also helps gases pass on and move your bowels so that you do not suffer constipation above the pains we already feel. God Bless!
