Continous birtcontrol usage

Hi Sheri,
Okay, here's your local sister to help encourage you to "stay on the wagon." Say it with me "Pepsi's are a big no no! Do you like water? Or does it make you I've been trying to drink lots of water, and I'm evening walking the track at school to get "in shape" to be "outa shape" for 8 weeks after my surgery. I figure every little bit helps. I've lost about 9 pounds in 3 weeks. By the way, I've been on BC for the last 8 years and I don't think they have contributed to my weight. Of course the cookies, pies, cakes, Ukrops fried chicken and macaroni & cheese may have! Yum Yum! I used to be a big Pepsi drinker when I was pregnant with my son. It really made me
So, I went off of it. We try and drink water at most meals with the occasional glass of tea (yes it's sweet-can't give up but so much!) Good luck tomorrow - my prayers are with you!

The following is and excerpt from my "Hugs for Everyone" scriptual calendar:

When times are tough and you feel lost in a sea of sadness, when you feel confused and uncertain of your future, what is the one thing you can absolutely trust? It is love...authentic, anchored, life-altering love. It is God's love. Don't waste your time pursuing anything else. Everything else will fail you. Nothing else satisfies, heals, protects, or provides like God's love.

Love, Sandi
