I've been trying to drink lots of water, and I'm evening walking the track at school to get "in shape" to be "outa shape" for 8 weeks after my surgery.
I figure every little bit helps. I've lost about 9 pounds in 3 weeks. By the way, I've been on BC for the last 8 years and I don't think they have contributed to my weight.
