3 weeks post hysterectomy: Leaking fluid from incision ???

Hi, i had my hysterectomy on sept 10 2014 due to uterine cancer. i am 3 weeks post op and i had to stay in the critical intensive care after my surgery and then in the normal ward for 3 days. i am a caregiver, so i do need to get someone dressed, help them eat, wash them etc. i have been taking it easy. but i am a bigger lady. at 2 weeks post op my staples were removed ! all 58 of them. the end of the staples where my pubic area is was very red and swollen. i used a hair dryer, put gauze on it 3x a times a day and now its looking awesome. no redness no fluid. howevere there is a small hole and my doctor did a swab of it last night to see if its infected or anything. i am currently on 500mg kleffex i hope i spelled that right. today i went to the bathroom and a small pool of pale yellowish translucent fluid came out from my incision. it has opened a small bit but i am cleaning it with water, and putting gauze on it everyday. i think i am doing a little too much so im trying to cut back. this fluid wont stop. it dribbles when i walk without gauze and when i blow dry the area the fluid just sprays where i blow it. is this normal ? its not too red or anything, just kinda swollen and it has a small hole.
