LAVH 9 days post hysterectomy: I think I over did it

Whew. I felt so good on post-I day 3&4. I was walking, and driving because I thought it was okay. Was not told I wasn't suppose to. Now my low back is sore almost to the point where it hurts to walk. I am now back in bed trying to re cooperate but still riding in car and up walking some. . What was I thinking!

You may want to call your Dr tomorrow - my Dr's nurse told me that I needed to contact them right away or go to the ER if after hours, if I developed a fever, couldn't urinate, or developed low back pain.

Use a moist heating pad, it should help

Hope you are feeling better soon! you may want to call dr to tell them.
