bowel prep going on. oh man

Halfway done with the gallon jug. I am shocked I haven't thrown up, but it is making things move down there. I've had one very watery movement so far.

That's so much to drink I feel for you so so much.

why that has to be so much liquid beats me. It must not be as potent or something and needs more of it to work. Ugh. You're a stronger person than I am. There's no way I could have done that. I barely eat or drink as is. I'd not even be able to do a quarter of it. And it wouldn't be for lack of knowing I HAVE to as it's a life saving thing.

I wish I would have asked for the mag. cit. I had no idea just how awful this stuff is. I hope to never have to do this again. Just finished glass 6. :O

Oh man. isn't there like 20 glasses or something? At least you only have to do one gallon. I heard of some sadistic gyno's who prescribe two gallons.

Oh no way could I do 2! Just finished the last of this one and wondering when ill be done going. I haven't been able to get off the pot. It's coming less frequently, but I'd rather not explode my pants if you know what I mean. So glad the drinking part is over!

I feel for you guys!! I haven't had my surgery yet, but I've had 3 colonoscopies and bowel prep isn't fun, but it could be worse.

7:30 am I will go under. I have to get there at 6am and leave the house at 5am.

I'm waiting a call from my nurse because there is NO way I went this little bit and it's done. I'm VERY scared that it didn't work and I'm going to be sent home tomorrow to start over. I maybe had about 7 bowel movements and the last one was clear...

I'd say that sounds about right...I usually have 5-8 of them, and it really depends on what/how much I've eaten the couple of days prior. And if it's clear, you're probably done. But don't be surprised if you still need to go as the evening goes on...

But hearing form your RN is best, of course!

7 movements is a lot! I don't know how many i had because it was constant for a while there. I've only had one in the last half hour so I think I'm done. As long as you're running clear I think you'll be okay. I'll cross my fingers for you!
